Q. What utilities are included in my monthly rent?
A. Water, Electricity, Sewer and Propane are all included at no additional cost.
Q. What types of RV will be allowed in the ND Indoor RV Park?
A. Only 5th Wheel or pull-behind RVs will be allowed in the Park. No motor homes campers will be allowed per ND State code. No pop-up campers will be allowed.
Q. What size of RV can the ND Indoor RV Park accommodate?
A. We are able to accommodate RVs up to 40' in length, and 12'6" in height.
Q. What lease terms will be offered at the ND Indoor RV Park?
A. Lease term is month to month.
Q. How are the RVs going to be arranged within the ND Indoor RV Park?
A. The ND Indoor RV Park will consist of 10 insulated buildings. Each building houses 24 RVs. Each building consists of eight (8) bays, with three (3) RV pads per bay. Each bay has (3) overhead doors and two (2) service entry doors.
Q. Is the ND Indoor RV Park climate controlled?
A. Yes! Each bay of the ND Indoor RV Park is equipped with a hanging electric heater. The insulated buildings maintain cool comfortable temperatures in the summer. Tenants are allowed to operate their RV air conditioner units if they desire.
Q. Is it safe to operate my RV indoors?
A. Absolutely. The buildings at the ND Indoor RV Park will be sectioned into eight (8) bays for fire protection, carbon monoxide and smoke detection, air exchanger ventilation, safety and security. All doors will be locked for the security of the Tenants. The ND Indoor RV Park is approved by the ND Department of Health.
Q. Will parking be included with my rental?
A. Yes. Each tenant will have two (2) parking spaces with electrical hookups directly in front of their overhead door. Limited guest parking will also be available. There is no additional fee for parking.
Q. What will be offered In the Common Building?
A. Our Common Building will have flat screen TVs, recliners, laundry service, vending services, manager's office, patio with grilling area and more. It's a great addition to our Park, which gives our tenants amenities not typical of other RV Parks.
Q. Where is the ND Indoor RV Park located? How accessible is the site?
A. The ND Indoor RV Park is located only 5 miles south of Watford City. We are only ½ mile east of Highway 85, with easy access to our site via County Road 37. The ND Indoor RV Park is secluded from the traffic of Highway 85. We encourage everyone to stop by and see our site for themselves! You won't be disappointed!
Q. What will I need to do to connect my RV to the Park's utilities?
A. Our on-site staff will facilitate all move-ins, and get you hooked up to your utilities. We make it easy. Our standard hookups include: 35amp & 50amp Electrical, Standard Water Hookup (VERY good quality water pressurized to approx. 50 psi), 4" threaded septic connection, and a Propane connection which bypasses your RV's tanks. Adapters are available if needed at Tenant's expense if required. Just bring your RV, and we'll get you set up!
